We are a family owned and operated business and have been servicing and repairing vehicles for our customers on the same site since 1948. Our vehicles are prepared onsite by our own staff. Our technicians carry out a multi-point vehicle inspection in our workshops, and then each vehicle is prepared for sale; valeted inside and out by hand.
We are different… throughout the company, many members of staff and management have worked here for most or all of their working lives, 80% of our technicians have joined us as apprentices helping to ensure our company ethos is maintained; this also gives us great product knowledge in many areas of the motor trade and garage business.
Our vehicles
· Are regularly price checked
· Are generally supplied with 12 months MOT (carried out on site)
· We carry out a full HPI history check (can include banks, insurance, DVLA and the Police etc)
· Our customers benefit from our in-house warranty meaning should anything need attention in the warranty period you contact us directly; we do not pass you over to another (3rd party) warranty company
· At final preparation we include ‘customer personalisation’ these requests and checks are made prior to and during vehicle handover (for example; phone pairing, personal radio station presets, sat nav set up and an explanation of the vehicle switches and controls where required)
· After the sale we then provide a contact service to our customers keeping in touch throughout the vehicle ownership, this is further extended with our discount scheme for future servicing and repairs etc (whilst you are the owner of the vehicle)
